AIDealer ("we," "us," or "our") operates a curated online directory and marketplace where independent third-party creators and builders ("Builders") can list AI agents and automation tools, and where individuals and businesses ("Buyers") can discover, evaluate, and contact those Builders.
AIDealer is a venue and directory service only. We do not ourselves create, sell, license, deploy, operate, maintain, or support any AI agent or automation listed on the Site. We are not a party to any agreement, transaction, or arrangement between Builders and Buyers.
By accessing or using the Site in any way — including browsing listings, submitting a listing, submitting a custom request, or contacting us — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any future amendments.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
AIDealer is a curated directory and marketplace venue. We are not a seller, buyer, builder, deployer, implementer, licensor, broker, or guarantor of any listed agent, service, or deliverable. We are not a party to any transaction or engagement between users.
All listings on the Site are submitted and controlled by independent third parties. AIDealer does not create, build, operate, test, audit, certify, endorse, or warrant any agent, tool, service, or output described in a listing. The presence of a listing on AIDealer is not a representation or warranty by AIDealer of that listing's accuracy, functionality, safety, quality, legality, or fitness for any purpose.
Builders are independent parties. They are not employees, agents, contractors, or partners of AIDealer. AIDealer has no control over the conduct, acts, omissions, representations, warranties, or deliverables of any Builder.
Builders who submit listings to AIDealer represent and warrant that:
Submission of a listing does not guarantee approval. AIDealer reviews submissions at its sole discretion and may decline, remove, or require modification of any listing at any time without notice or explanation.
AIDealer performs a manual review of listing submissions, but this review is limited in scope and is not a technical audit, security assessment, legal review, or performance verification. AIDealer does not independently verify claims made in listings and cannot guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, or current.
By submitting content to AIDealer (including listing descriptions, images, and other materials), you grant AIDealer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Site and in connection with promoting the Site.
Any transaction, engagement, agreement, payment, or working relationship entered into between a Buyer and a Builder is solely between those parties. AIDealer is not a party to such arrangements and has no responsibility or liability in connection with them.

All transactions and engagements between users are at the sole risk of the parties involved. You are solely responsible for evaluating any listing, Builder, or agent before entering into any transaction or engagement.
Buyers may submit custom automation requests through the Site. By submitting a request, you acknowledge and agree that:

AIDealer reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user who violates these provisions, including removing listings or requests and banning users from the Site.
The AIDealer name, logo, site design, copy, and code are the property of AIDealer and may not be used without express written permission.
Content submitted by Builders and Buyers remains the property of those parties, subject to the licence granted in Section 4.3. AIDealer does not claim ownership of submitted content.
If you believe any content on the Site infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with details of the alleged infringement.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, LISTINGS, AND SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIDealer DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
AIDealer does not warrant or represent that:

To the extent that AIDealer is found liable for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of USD $100 or any amounts you have paid to AIDealer in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIDealer, and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents, from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

AIDealer is not obligated to give reasons for removal decisions. Removal of a listing does not create any liability on the part of AIDealer to the submitting Builder.
AIDealer may in future offer fee-based services, including featured placement, premium listings, or lead routing. Any fees charged by AIDealer to Builders or Buyers are separate from, and have no bearing on, any amounts paid between Buyers and Builders in their own transactions.
Any fees paid to AIDealer for featured listings, directory access, or any other platform service are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing at the time of purchase. AIDealer is not responsible for refunding platform fees in the event that a user's listing is removed for a violation of these Terms.
AIDealer requests that users first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us before initiating formal proceedings. We will make reasonable efforts to respond within 30 days.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights.
Where permitted by applicable law, any formal dispute resolution shall take place on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding against AIDealer.

AIDealer may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of last revision at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
